Overview

Ryskview provides the ability to share solutions and guidance for vulnerability mitigation across the application. When you see a wrench icon , this mean that there is a solution uploaded for that vulnerability. The icon will appear anywhere in Ryskview where that vulnerability ID occurs, meaning that the user does not have to search for the solution. Instead, the solution makes itself known to the user. In an organization with many System Administrators, this is a valuable tool for knowledge sharing.

Vulnerability ID Information

Each vulnerability plugin ID in Ryskview has a hyperlink for detailed information (e.g., possible solutions, fixes, or checks). User can click the vulnerability ID and be directed to the Tenable website or a modal may appear with additional information.

The icon indicates an attachment has been uploaded for the vulnerability. Click the icon to view the attachment popup. Click the hyperlink(s) to view the attached document(s).
